But if you add a third-party SSD, there's an essential function that will affect the life of your drive. It's called Trim, and enabling it is tricky. Unless you have Trim Enabler. Then it's one simple click that can help save your SSD.

Occasionally, my beloved Macbook Pro gets the hiccups. One in particular is that the wifi disconnects, then won't turn back on. If you've seen the dreaded empty wi-fi signal in your menu bar, and can't turn it back on, I have good news. The fix is actually pretty simple.
